Construction Management
Construction management is the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion. C/M is aimed at meeting a client's requirement in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.
A construction manager holds the same responsibilities and completes the same processes in each sector. All that separates a construction manager in one sector from one in another is the knowledge of the construction site. This may include different types of equipment, materials, subcontractors, and possibly locations.
Cost-Plus
Cost plus is an agreement to pay a company for a job based on the amount of money used to buy the materials required to complete that job plus an added payment.
A cost-plus contract fully reimburses a contractor for all the cost of construction and then adds additional money to arrive at the total cost of the job.
Cost plus allows the customer full access to all receipts/cost incurred items necessary for the completion of the project. We will work closely with you every step of the way, to insure that your project is with-in budget and on time.
